This man was attacked this morning, and was burnt alive.
All because he was gay.
Why are we such horrible people now? To actually take an innocent man and BURN HIM ALIVE just because of his sexual orientation? Why did they do that just because he prefers penis? I can't believe we've actually come to this. Homophobia pisses the hell out of me. Mostly because I have so many gay friends.

Yes, I'm christian. But I'm not going to be against it. Are we really suppose to hate someone because they fell in love with a person who happened to not have been born with the right kind of genitals?
I believe that love is love, regardless of gender. Besides, why are we so concerned about it when it doesn't even affect us? Why do we meddle in other peoples affairs when they don't concern us?
Our society is horrible.

A lot of people do not know the meaning, or have never heard of the word "tolerance".
ReplyDeleteAnd the subject of religion?? It's just an excuse to go against someone. I know I've said this before in happier situations, but I'm going to say it now anyways, hypocrisy makes the world go 'round. I mean, come on, the bible and other religious books call for tolerance and "loving thy neighbor as thy does one's self", yet one little snippet saying "a man should marry a woman" or something and suddenly everyone's teaching you to become homophobic.
Why does religion even have to be dragged into this?? Religion doesn't have a flipping thing to do with homosexuals. Like I said, it's just an excuse to have homophobia.
While don't support gay marriage per se, I do agree that this is disgusting, that someone would be burnt for being gay. It is possible to not support something, and yet still leave people alone when they're doing that something (or are that something) that you don't support. I don't know why a lot more people don't see that.
